What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature.
When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
We also collect information about gift recipients so that we can fulfill the gift purchase. The information we collect about gift recipients is not used for marketing purposes.

How do we protect visitor information?

Do we use "cookies"?

How can you opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to us?

To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.

To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

In an attempt to provide you with increased value, we may include third party links on our site. These linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these linked sites (including if a specific link does not work).

Who Can Enter

1. Entrants must be legal residents of the United States of America who are 18 years of age or older and have lawful access to the Internet and a valid e-mail address. Entrants must have a valid shipping address within the continental United States of America (excludes Alaska and Hawaii).

2. Employees of SB Global Foods, Inc., their affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members of each are ineligible.

How To Enter

3. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Only one entry per person per day is permitted.

4. Sponsors are not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware, or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry, winner(s) or other giveaway information by Sponsors or entrants for any reason whatsoever. Sponsors are also not responsible for any injury or damage to any entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any materials in the giveaway or for entries that are late, misdirected or incomplete. All entries become the property of Sponsors and will not be returned. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATIONS OF THE GIVEAWAY IS A VIOLATION OF THE CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. 5. Every following day, a winner will be chosen for the previous day’s contest. One valid entry will be randomly selected by a SB Global Foods, Inc. employee from among all valid entries received in 24 hour period of the day.

6. A winner will chosen every day from January 19^th through February 1^st.

The Prize(s)

7. One prize pack will be awarded daily. The daily winners will receive a Super Pretzel Pete Flavor Prize Pack that includes: (1) 8oz bag of Garlic and Cheese, (1) 8oz bag of Honey Mustard, (1) 8oz bag of Sour Cream and Habanero, (1) 8oz bag of Cheddar and Ale, (1) 4.5oz bag of Coconut Curry, (1) 4.5oz bag of Szechuan, (1) 4.5oz bag of Wasabi.

8. Daily winners will be contacted by a SB Global Foods, Inc. employee by e-mail. Prize winners may be announced on SB Global Foods, Inc. Facebook and Twitter websites.

9. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other items by the winners. The winners cannot assign or transfer prize. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a comparable prize of like or greater value, including cash, for any prize, for any reason.

10. Only one prize will be awarded per household. Individuals are eligible to win only one prize within any 30-day period, regardless of the number of giveaways entered.

This giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law, including without limitation, in jurisdictions requiring registration, filing, trust account, or posting of a bond, or any other requirements or disclosures that are not expressly satisfied by these rules. Sponsors are not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, offering, or administration of the giveaway, or in the announcement of the prize.

14.
